Business district primarily focused on commercial activities

This is going to be the commercial zone or business district that would primarily be focused on commercial activities. It is a zone where various types of businesses, such as retail stores, office spaces, restaurants, and service providers, are concentrated. It will also be strategically located to facilitate economic activities, attract customers, and promote commerce equipped with good transportation links and accessibility, making it convenient for businesses and customers to interact. It would provide jobs for people in the area, generate tax revenue for the government, and they make it easier for people to access goods and services as well as help to stimulate economic growth.

In the MASIICC Platform we are going to develop 4 different types of commercial zones and they will include:

  • Downtown: Downtown is the central business district of a city. It is typically home to a wide variety of businesses, including large department stores, small shops, restaurants, and offices.

  • Shopping malls: Shopping malls are large, enclosed areas that are home to a variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options.
  • Office parks: Office parks are large areas that are home to a variety of office buildings.
  • Retail districts: Retail districts are areas that are home to a variety of businesses, such as stores, restaurants, and service providers.
