Logistics zone is a designated area that is designed to facilitate the movement of goods and services. It typically includes warehouses, distribution centers, and other facilities that are used to store, sort, and ship goods. Logistics zones are often located near transportation hubs, such as airports, seaports, and railways, so that goods can be easily transported to their destination.
We are going to design and develop 3 different types of logistics zones:
Freight villages: The Freight villages are going to be small logistics zones that are typically located near airports or seaports. They would mostly be used by small businesses and start-ups that do not need a large amount of space.
Logistics parks: The Logistics parks would be large logistics zones that are typically located near major transportation hubs. They are basically going to be used by large businesses and multinational corporations that need a lot of space to store and ship goods.
Free trade zones: The Free trade zones are special economic zones that will offer businesses a number of tax breaks and other incentives, which can help to reduce their costs. They are going to be used by businesses that import and export goods.
Logistics zones offer a number of benefits to businesses, including:
Reduced costs
Improved efficiency
Increased speed to deliver goods to their customers
A planned future tourism that prioritize both present and future economic, social, and environmental consequences, and the well-being host communities.
